AC777 charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that is sent. If your receiving payment provider applies any inbound transfer fee, that is outside AC777's control and separate from our withdrawal process.
AC777 may place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification, wagering requirement completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In any such case, AC777 will notify you via your registered contact details and provide an estimated resolution timeline.
AC777 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements where applicable.
A wagering requirement is a multiplier indicating how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. Specific rules for particular sports and markets are stated within the betting section of AC777 at the time of bet placement.
Placing bets based on inside information, or in connection with any attempt to fix the result of a sporting event, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. AC777 cooperates fully with relevant sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of such matters. Any winnings from bets placed in connection with match manipulation will be voided and the account permanently closed.
